Eligibility Criteria
- Education: MBA (HR), Master’s Degree with a major in HRM or equivalent from a recognized university in Pakistan or abroad.
Additional Qualification: A degree in law will be considered an advantage. - Experience: Minimum 13 years of relevant post-qualification experience. At least five years of experience as Head of Department in a major or multinational organization.
- Skills Required: Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Expertise Required: In-depth knowledge of service/employment laws and HR best practices.
- Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in the oil and gas industry or those who have worked with multinational organizations will be preferred.
