Eligibility Criteria For IHRA 2024 Jobs

Clinical Specialist

Qualification: Holding a Level 2 Clinical Degree or higher. Must meet PR Level 3 standards.
Professional Registration: Must be daily registered with PMTC (Pakistan Medical and Dental Council or an equivalent authority).
Experience: 8 years post-qualification experience

General Medical / Dental Doctor:

Qualification: MBBS/BDS or relevant specialized qualification duly registered with PMDC.
Experience: 8 years post-qualification experience

Homeopathic Practitioner

Qualifications: BHMS or DHMS, registered with the National Council for Homeopathy
Experience: 15 years post-qualification experience

Tabib

Qualifications: BEM or FTJ, registered with the National Council for TIBB
Experience: 15 years post-qualification experience

Nurse

Qualification: BS Nursing or Post NR Higher Degree, duly registered with PNC (Pakistan Nursing Council).
Experience: 15 years of post-qualification experience as a qualified nurse in a hospital.

Pharmacist

Qualification: B Pharmacy or Pharm D, duly registered with Pharmacy Council.
Experience: 15 years of post-qualification experience as a pharmacist, preferably in a hospital.

Electro-Medical Engineer

Qualification: B.Sc. Engineering in Electro-Medical, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Biomedical, duly registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council.
Experience: Five years post-qualification experience in managing medical hospital equipment (preferred).

Biomedical Technician

Qualification: Diploma in Biomedical from a recognized institution.
Experience: 12 years post-qualification experience.

Laboratory Technologist

Qualification: BS MLT from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience: 15 years post-qualification experience

Physiotherapist

Qualification: DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy), Speech Therapist MS (SLP) from an HEC-recognized institution
Experience: 15 years post-qualification experience.

CV, along with attested copies of National Identity Card and experience certificate, must be sent through registered post or courier service to the authority at the given address.

Terms And Conditions

Candidates should be highly motivated, competent, and possess good communication skills.
Selected assessors will be trained on the standard before embarking on the assignment.

Incomplete applications or qualifications will not be entertained.
Applications will remain open throughout the year. However, in the initial phase, they will only be accepted within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement.
The selected candidates will not be paid a retainership fee. They will remain with IHRA for one year, which can be extended for another term subject to the approval of the IHRA Board.
These services may be hired on an as-and-when-required basis, as per the directives of the IHRA Board issued from time to time.
