Terms And Conditions

Candidates with foreign qualifications must include equivalence certificates from the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
The quotas for minorities and people with disabilities will be followed strictly where applicable.
All educational degrees, certificates, and diplomas must be from accredited institutions and other relevant bodies.
All engineering and technology degrees must be from institutions accredited by the National Technology Council Pakistan/PEC in the relevant fields and other relevant bodies.

General Age relaxation of 5 years has been clubbed in eligibility criteria available at the NSU website. However, age relaxation provided for other categories will be admissible as per relevant rules.
No TA or DA will be provided to candidates appearing for the test or interview.
The applicant must mention the post’s name on the envelope’s left corner.
Government employees should apply through the proper channel with a departmental permission letter.
Candidates applying for more than one position must submit a separate application form along with a separate processing fee and documents.
The University can choose not to fill any position without giving a reason or may hire someone for a lower position if they meet the requirements for that role.
The University will shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and test scores. Only those who are eligible or shortlisted will be invited for the test or interview.
The University can increase or decrease the number of job openings depending on the available funds.

The processing fee on the challan form (available at nsu.edu.pk/jobs) can be deposited at any branch of Habib Bank Limited. Attach the university copy of the challan to your application. The fees are as follows:
a. BPS 20: Rs. 5,000/ b. BPS 19: Rs. 3,000/ c. BPS 17: Rs. 1,000/ d. BPS 14: Rs. 500/
