(1) Position: Lead – Training, Development, and Partnerships

Location: Karachi Office
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Human Resources).
Experience

At least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.

Key Requirements

Strong knowledge of industry-specific standards.
Familiarity with mining-related regulations.
Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs.
Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and external partners

(2) Position: Officer – Training and Development
