Qualification:

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (16-year education) in Project Management, Business Administration, Digital Media Marketing, or equivalent.
The degree must be from a university recognized by HEC.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years experience in project management within reputable national or international organizations.
Age Limit: 40-50 years
Preference: Candidates with international exposure will be given priority.

2. Name of Post: Campaign Manager

Mass Communication
Media Studies
Economics
Tourism and Culture
History of Pakistan

Experience:

Minimum of 7 years experience in:
Collecting, analyzing, and managing information technology systems.
System analysis and design.
ICT security, computer programming, network management, and system administration.
Experience should be in BPS-17 or above or equivalent roles in government, semi-government, public, or private sector organizations.

Age Limit: 35-45 years
Preference: Candidates with certifications such as Certified Data Center Professional (CDCPR) and relevant network/security certifications and experience will be given priority.

Terms And Conditions

Merit Quota: All positions are against the merit quota.
Contract Duration: The initial contract will be for one year, with the possibility of an extension for another year based on individual performance and project needs.
Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview or test.
TA/DA: No Travel Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be provided.
Ministry’s Rights: The Ministry reserves the right to not fill the posts or withhold appointments for the advertised positions.
Government Employees: Government employees may apply for project posts through the proper channel.
Resignation Requirement: If a government employee is selected for a project post, they must resign from their current government service before being appointed to the project post.
Age Relaxation: Upper age limit relaxation will be provided as per federal government rules.
